My decent sized affordable double room in Peckham is available from 20th/24th December. Up until 24th March (current tenancy ends then and landlords are looking to sell). Room comes furnished with a comfy double-bed, a big wardrobe, a desk with chair and an in-built closet with a bookcase and storage space. There’s also plenty of extra storage space in the house, with a large cupboard opposite the room.

There’s a separate bathroom and toilet. A large kitchen, which doubles up as the communal space with a dining area. Fully furnished with all the cooking items you could possibly need!

Our home is less than 10 mins from Peckham Rye and Queens Road Peckham. A huge Morrisons and Lidl just a stone’s throw away. Loads of different restaurants and fun spaces nearby too, including Peckhamplex and Peckham levels.

The rent is £525 a month. Bills come up to £50/60. The deposit is 5 week's rent = £656.25. No agent fees.

You’ll be sharing with 3 other girls, all working in creative industries. We are looking for someone around our age brackets so 25+ only. You must be someone who is caring and values good communication & kindness. We’d like someone who wants to be part of our home and equally who can stay on top of washing dishes, keeping our home fairly clean etc. We all want the house to be full of good energy, especially during this unique time where we will be most likely spending a lot more time together indoors. LGBTQ+ friendly.
