Spacious double room! (Queen's Road Peckham)

We have a spacious double room available in a beautiful four-bedroom garden house in Peckham. You’ll be sharing with three other housemates - two guys, one girl (note that the cat in the picture is not staying, she's mine and I'm taking her with me as I'm moving out!)

Lizzie (30) studies and runs her own vintage's women clothing shop online. Bryn (39) is a bridge engineer, loves cycling, outdoor sports and travelling. Ben (35) is a teacher, loves his music and juggles.

We are looking for a friendly, fun and respectful person who would be at least in their late 20's, who is above all tidy and clean, to join the family. It’s not a party house, we all live our own separate lives and are respectful of that, but we do enjoy the occasional communal house dinners, bottle of wine, film, drink etc.

The house itself is very beautiful: it’s on a quiet road and about a 5 minute walk from Queens Road Peckham station. There is a little Sainsburry's next to the house and a Tesco not far. There's a Morrison's store only 10 minutes away. The house is spacious, well-lit and has a lovely wild and secluded garden (perfect for growing veggies). There’s plenty of space in the house, most of us cycle and have bike racks in the living room, there’s a large kitchen and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub).

Your room is the only bedroom on the ground floor. There's loads of sunlight in the afternoon, it's spacious and comfortable. The price is 780£ per month, with bills on top (bills are about £70 per month).

Room is available from the 1st of June.
