The house is in a quiet terraced street right next to Burgess Park, with a back garden, beautiful kitchen and living room, a shared bathroom but two loos.
The rent is £625 pcm plus bills & council tax (about £140 together after the bills increase). Deposit is £625. The landlady is having the carpets re-done and the kitchen re-painted in the next few weeks.
The continuing two housemates are academics and/or artists who have been in the house for many years and are looking for two kind, relaxed flatmates to join us. The two rooms are adjacent on the top floor of the house and could possibly be a good option for a couple or two friends to rent!
