Hey my names Ollie, and I'm looking for a flatmate to come and join me in my lovely new home in Peckham.

About the house:
Newly renovated two bedroom period conversion set over 2 floors with own garden, and within 10 minutes walking distance to Peckham Rye station and Camberwell with its surrounding amenities.

The flat benefits from all mod comms including a newly fitted bathroom and kitchen, broadband, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, and is inclusive of bills, on a really lovely quiet treelined street in the heart of Peckham.

Your room:
Double bedroom with window looking out towards the front garden and street. The room comes with a double bed and mattress, chest of draws, alcove shelving, rail, and fully carpeted flooring.

Living room - Is bright and well proportioned with high ceilings and sash windows. The living room comes with widescreen TV (access to Netflix, Amazon and terrestrial channels), along with a large and comfortable L-shaped sofa, lots of plants, and a fireplace that doesn’t work but it looks good.

Kitchen & dining - Bright and sunny and overlooking the garden (also open plan to the living area). It's newly fitted with new appliances including dishwasher, large fridge freezer, electric oven /cooker, a dining table with 4 chairs and most essential cooking equipment.

Garden - Direct access to sunny garden with turf, separate courtyard and lots of garden furniture. The garden is private but the neighbours need access to their own portion of garden to the rear of the property which is separated by a raised bed for privacy. They are extremely welcoming and friendly (we share gardening tools) and often have a chat in the back garden, sometimes over a few beers. There is also a BBQ for you to use. I’m new to gardening, so if you were green fingered then that would be an added bonus!

Bathroom - Newly fitted, clean and tidy wet room with decent shower and windows looking out onto private courtyard.

About me:
I bought the flat 6 months ago which I have been renovating with a friend who is now moving overseas. I am a 34 year old single gay guy, working at a communications agency full time in London, and working from home 2 days a week.

I’d like to think that Im a relaxed, friendly and flexible flatmate, who is easy to get on with. It would be nice to find a housemate who I can have a laugh with, and who is occasionally up for having drinks, or hanging out / watching TV together. I’m a sociable person and I try to go out as much as I can, but I do love my down time at home too, whether that be cooking, binging on Netflix or having friends over.

Ideal house mate:
Someone who is easy to communicate and get along with, open minded, reliable, clean, tidy, and independent. I get on best with laid back types who are curious about things and people and don't take themselves too seriously.

Keen for this to be a sociable home but equally not after regular after parties.
