We have a gorgeous double room in our newly refurbished flat available. The whole place is stunning. The bedroom looks fantastic, and comes fully furnished

- with a good quality wardrobe, study desk, chairs, chest of drawers, etc.

We provide all the bedding (pillows, duvet, duvet cover, fitted sheet).

This flat is truly beautiful, having just been redesigned and refurbished to a very high standard. All the bedrooms have been totally redecorated, with all new carpets and flooring throughout.

The flat also boasts two modern bathrooms. The kitchen is very spacious - equipped with all new appliances. Everything is kept very clean and tidy, as our cleaner comes once a week to clean all the communal areas.

Food shopping is also very simple, as there's a Sainsbury Express located just five minutes from our door.

The flat is conveniently situated in Peckham/ Camberwell, which is in the corner between Peckham Rye and Burgess Park with easy access to all three areas and its transport links.

This flat would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings whilst working or studying in London. You would share the flat with 3 males – all professionals.

The rent includes all bills (water, gas, electricity, council tax, fast wireless broadband Internet and cleaner). You do not have to pay for anything extra!

We are very flexible as we only ask for four weeks’ deposit and four weeks’ notice when you decide to move out.

This flat has all you need to make you smile and feel comfortable after a hard day at work or school.
Please note: The rooms are for individual only. We do not accept couples.

The price includes all bills, internet, council tax and a weekly cleaner.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in, we would expect 3 weeks’ rent to make up the 4 week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance.

So, in summary:

You need to send us £165 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £495 (to make up the full 4 week deposit) plus £715, which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must stay a minimum of one month, and must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government backed scheme called the DPS (please refer to depositprotection. com for more details about how it works).
