Available from November 28th to December 19th is a spacious 1 bedroom corner flat in a quiet cul-de-sac, a 5-7 mins walk from Queens Road Station.

Queens Road station has overground access to trains that will have you at London bridge in 10 mins, Clapham in 15, and many other places within 30 minutes. There are also 10+ bus routes that can get you all over London.

The flat is an ex-council flat, on the top floor (so no stomping and noisy neighbours) of a corner building. The bathroom is always warm and cozy and has a superb tub for those relaxing baths. The bedroom is spacious and has a desk, king size bed, and ample wardrobe space (that we can clear out so you can have your things in. We will be leaving most of our things in the flat, but can clear out whatever you need).

The living room boasts some fantastic natural light and has a pull out sofa, along with a 55 inch TV, and a lovely terrace to sip your morning coffee or have an afternoon tipple (we have just gotten a little firepit that you can also use if you would like).

The kitchen is fully equipped with the usual appliances and also additional gadgets like a coffee machine, and a variety of teapots and appliances you can use. There are also lots of cabinets and a full range fridge.

Walking distance from the flat is an Aldi, and Tesco. Further down is a Lidl and more.

There are also alot of fun places to eat and drink (Kudu, and Peckham Cellars are our favorites), and getting to Peckham high street is about a 15 mins walk.

All bills included. Also, if you are willing to look after our dog, a 1 year old pug-a-poo during the stay, the rent will be discounted by 40%!
