- Less than 10 mins to Rye Lane, the rye, Nunhead

- Currently scaffolding is up on the building but this work will be finished in Feb / March

Me:
I'm a guy, 32, work in TV, and work from home 3 or 4 days a week. I spend time between the flat and my girlfriend's flat, socialise a fair amount but not in the flat. I'm clean, tidy, friendly, considerate and easy to live with. I spend time watching tv & film, listening to music / podcasts, reading the news, playing sport and also write scripts.

Looking for:
Someone who's friendly, clean / tidy in shared space is a must, socialises out of the flat, no pets plz.

Term:
6 Months to start, with extension possible

Move in: 1st December or in few days around then
