Spacious Double in a Peckham/Camberwell houseshare

Hi there!

We have a double room available in our 4 bedroom house, within a 5 minute walk of the bus stop or a 15 minute walk to both Peckham and Camberwell.

The room itself is of a good size, there’s a huge built in wardrobe and you can easily fit a chair & desk in there as well as a large chest of drawers and still have space. It’s on the 2nd floor, next to the bathroom and overlooks the back garden. It’s a really quiet room as our neighbours are very respectful. There’s plug sockets in each corners of the room too.

We’ve all lived here for 18 months but I’m moving out for more space so we are looking for someone to replace me. We're 3 laid back guys who like going to the gym, going out and video gaming amongst other things. We all work in full time office jobs and WFH 2/3 days a week. We have a cleaning rota that rotates each month with a housemate being responsibly for a specific area of the house for that month. You’ll be sharing a bathroom with Curren and Charlie.

The housemates:

Charlie is 26, from London and works as an accountant. He’s really into his Tennis and plays regularly. He also likes playing the keyboard, video gaming (plays Dota) and going to cool bars. I met Charlie at Camp America where we coached Tennis together.

Kirill is also 26 and from London. He works as a software engineer for an insurance company. He’s a massive F1 fan and is also into his video games. Charlie and Kirrill know each other from high school and have been friends since.

Curren is 25, from Philadelphia in the US and also works as a software engineer. He likes to cook and go rock climbing in his spare time. Kirill and Curren met at university where they were on the same course.
