My current flatmate is moving out in December from our cozy 2-bed flat in Peckham. The room is on the smaller side, but has a double bed.
We are on a quite street, within 15-minute walk to Peckham Rye station. The house is also close to Peckham Library, Camberwell College of Arts, and Burgess Park.
This is a queer friendly household with a bright and spacious living room.
Bills are about £125 (incl. council tax) per month.
Council tax for the whole flat is £146.30 per month.
The deposit is £923.07, as we have split that in half with my current flatmate, but negotiable.
Our landlord James is also very responsive and quick with replies.
