Welcome to Calypso Crescent! We have a beautiful house in Peckham, close to Camberwell with a garden and garage!
I am only leaving as I have bought a flat, but loved my two years here. Close to the city, excellent transport links and fantastic house mates! Many delicious places to eat and drink nearby and great parks!
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 is an en suite) and down stairs bathroom, kitchen, living room, garden and garage.
The room available is a large sized double, with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom. Light and airy with plenty of room. Rent is £900 plus bills.
You’ll be living with two professional females, Ali and Eleanor (and Mango the cat). It’s a very friendly house, we enjoy the odd dinner and glass of wine together but also enjoy our own space and friends. We’re looking for someone sociable but also independent.
