Double Room in Lovely Peckham Flat

My brother is spending a few months abroad so looking for someone to take his room in December. I'm a super chilled man, working on my PhD and teaching (spend time at home for research but also go out to teach). I really like to cook (vegan) and enjoy a friendly chat (extra points if into climbing). The flat is in a quiet cul de sac between two little parks. Our day to day is really quite chill.

Some of the photos are from when we moved in but it’s modestly furnished now, super comfy and very conveniently located in SE. I will take better pictures soon but you’re welcome to visit or we can video call too. The Peckham Leisure Centre and large supermarkets are nearby. The price includes all bills (may vary for more or less but not much) and council tax.

(my brother is coming back by the end of March but I might go away right after, meaning there is the possibility of staying longer here)
