The 2 bedroom flat has dark oak laminated flooring in a colourful setting. It has a large kitchen and stays warm during winter thanks to communual heating. In terms of location it is very well placed for easy access to anywhere in central London with a main bus stop going through central and East London literally less than a minutes walk and main bus stop going through Central and West London less than 5 minutes away. Peckham Rye train station is also only 7 minutes walk away. There's a vast range of amenities and services within a 5 minutes walking radius and Peckham Pulse with the life centre and main Library 2 minutes walk away.

In terms of existing housemates, its myself and another housemate. Communual space is in the big kitchen as there is no living room.

Im looking for strictly male person who is friendly and has a stable source of income. Im looking for cleanliness and general positive attitude and sensible behaviour.

I am an easy going person and get on with most people and like things simple. Although there is a living room, i like things quiet.
