I am an easy-going, open minded 29 year old looking for a temporary flatmate to move in. The room is available from 1 Oct until the end of the year (31 December).
The flat is a 7 minute walk from Peckham Rye station which has direct trains into Victoria, London Bridge, Blackfriars, St Pancras and the Overground to Shoreditch etc.
It was renovated two years ago and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, so you'd have a bathroom to yourself. Underfloor heating throughout plus tall ceilings with beams exposed and loads of natural light. Oh a roof terrace too.
My flatmate has moved out and I will be moving out at the end of the year.
There is loads going on locally within a 10 minute walk.
All bills (inc. fibre broadband) are included with the exception of council tax, which comes in at £45 a month.
