2 X Double rooms in spacious Peckham house

Hello!

We are looking for two new housemates to join us in our lovely house in Peckham as our flatmates Kate and Josh are sadly moving out. The first room that's free is a double room on the top floor of the house. It comes with a bed and desk and has wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second room is a large double on the middle floor which comes with a bed, built-in wardrobes as well as a chest of drawers, a desk and a bedside table.

The House
The house is great, it has 4 bedrooms and a kitchen/living area. It's spilt across 3 floors so there's plenty of space. The kitchen comes with all the amenities inc. washing machine and a dishwasher. There's also a garage which is great for storage and a garden - which is perfect in the summer, especially for BBQs. Our street is residential so it's very peaceful and friendly. There's a local Tesco and we're right next to Burgess Park too.

About us:
One girl and a guy. Late 20s/early 30s. Gina is a social care psychologist and Will works as a bar manager. We really enjoy the house and the location, It's a great house to live in and is a relaxed and easy vibe. We enjoy having drinks together and the odd Sunday Roast (and BBQs in the summer) but also have our own lives. We're looking for someone to join us who wants that balance and is looking for a home and not just a place to crash.

The area:
We are located on the north side of Peckham which is very residential. It's very peaceful but only a 15 min stroll to Rye Lane. Camberwell is also only a 20 minute walk away and Burgess Park is right on our doorstep which is great in summer. There's a local Tesco Express nearby and the bigger supermarkets on the Old Kent Road (Tesco, Asda) are about 10 minutes walk away through the park. Or you can join us on a Sunday walk to Lidl, drinking cans of gin on the way.

The boring stuff:
Rent for top floor room is £615 per month and is due each month on the 3rd. The move in date is 3rd March. The second room is £635.

Deposit is the price of the rent. We rent the house privately so no admin fees. Our landlord is really nice and easy to deal with and she also lives locally so any problems are usually sorted quickly. Bills aren’t included in the rent but are typically about £60-£70 a month (for council tax, internet and energy).
