Double Room in Large 2 Bed Victorian House

There is a large, furnished double room in my 2 bedroom home available to sublet for August and September, or portions of that time.

You would be sharing the house with my housemate, a Finnish professional in his 30s. It is in a great location in Peckham, on a quiet side street just a 3 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station (10 min to London Bridge, 15 min to Blackfriars, 20 min to Shoreditch High St), and close to all of the shops on Rye Lane and Bellenden Road.

The first floor is a double reception room with a working fireplace in each room, and beautiful hardwood floors. There is a large kitchen with side office to the rear. From the kitchen is a nice size rear garden that is incredible in the summertime. There's a dishwasher, large fridge, and great new induction hob range top.

On the second floor is the shared bathroom, very large with great light, plants and a shower/bathtub and washer.

The available bedroom is a big double with hardwood floors, fitted with a queen size bed, dresser, wardrobe, and small desk. It gets great light, especially summer afternoons.

The place is kept tidy, but not obsessively. It's a really nice home with a great vibe.

Bills come to approx £200/month, but can be negotiable.

Peckham is a great south London community, with a vibrant arts and music scene. The flat is a 5 min walk to Peckhamplex (£5 cinema) and Franks rooftop bar, the Bussey and Copeland buildings, and Peckham Levels, the great new artist space and food/music venue.
