Two bright double rooms in Peckham, close to the amenities of Bellenden Road. 5-10 minute walk to Peckham Rye Station.
Shared house: dining room, kitchen garden and bathroom with a professional male. Would suit a quiet, respectful professional.

The house is large, quirky and full of character, a little scruffy in places. Nice secluded garden. Would suit someone quiet and self contained who likes their own space. The house is friendly but not hugely sociable.

We are renting two rooms (bedroom and private living room) for £1,000 inclusive to one individual (would consider a couple). So two large rooms for your own private use for £1,000 inclusive (bills are currently 150 per month per tenant) . Deposit is £500
