Self contained studio (granny flat) space for single person use only (female preferred, sorry!). Recently refurbished, private access, own space (shower room, bedroom, partly-shared living room, own kitchen, high quality appliances), warmly heated house.

Cosmopolitan area (one of the top 50 coolest neighbourhoods in the world), green views front and rear, lovely neighbours, super local shops and vibrant yet sedate atmosphere, excellent access to London Bridge, Canary Wharf, Blackfriars, Farringdon, Kings Cross, Victoria, Westminster, East Croydon, etc. Everything on the doorstep - parks, markets, cafes, delis, restaurants, cinemas, gyms with pools, libraries, etc.

This self-contained space occupies one floor of the house. It is bright, private, has wooden flooring, with a dishwasher, new washing machine, new oven, double bed, double wardrobe. Could be available in late February or early March. Current occupier leaving after three happy (in her own words) years.
