Cozy Double Room In Peckham

Hello again!
We have a cozy double room still available, as unfortunately we've had to push back the move-in date to 15th Feb and our friend couldn't wait for longer.

We have secured this amazing, super modern 4-bed property in Peckham (SE15) and are looking for someone to move in with us!

The terraced house has a refurbished kitchen-living room, patio, 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a washing machine.

The property is only 10 minutes walk away from the Peckham Rye Overground station and is close to numerous shops, bars and restaurants.

The bedroom was previously advertised as a spacious single room but we’ve put a double in there now. The rent would be £570 (pcm) + the bills, that are an estimate of £80 per month. You can request which furniture you want to keep or get removed.

A little bit about us: we are three young professionals (two girls and one guy). We love going to gigs and galleries, travelling (just got back from South America) and cooking. We're looking for someone who is likeminded, easygoing and would share this property and call it home. We're all vegans, so we'd love to have someone who is either happy to eat vegan or vegetarian at home! Also worth mentioning that we are an LGBTQ+ friendly household :)
