The room

Hi, I’m Laura! I’m looking for a lodger to rent the second bedroom in my lovely flat in Peckham.

My flat is a two bed with a big kitchen/living room, study and shared bathroom. There’s also a small outdoor area shared by the whole block of flats. The room available is a spacious double and comes furnished. Bills are included.

A little bit about me. I’m 30, work in media and mostly wfh. I like to live in a calm, tidy space and I’m looking for someone friendly and chilled. Your other housemates would be two very fluffy cats, so whoever moves in must be ok living with pets.

Location is in the Peckham Rye area, less than ten minute’s walk from Peckham Rye station with the overground and trains into central London. There are lots of pubs, restaurants and shops on the doorstep, with the flat being only a few minute’s walk to Bellenden Road and Rye Lane, and fifteen minutes from East Dulwich. Peckham Rye park is also just five minute’s walk.
