Double Room available in Peckham from December🫶🏼

Hello friends!

Our lovely flatmate is regretfully moving out of our beloved Peckham home, so we are looking for someone to take over the third bedroom from the start of December.

The house is based in Peckham SE15, only a 7 min walk from Peckham Rye Station (3mins if you run) The room is quite small but has lots of storage (built into the room and an additional cupboard in the hallway). You can only fit a double bed frame in the room if it’s platform bed, but we do have a bed frame & mattress in the current room.

Rent - £714 plus bills which comes to about £90 per month each, however this is slightly more (an extra £20/30) in winter due to Gas usage, can give a breakdown if needed.
Deposit- £788.33

About the flatmates.
Emma : 27 & works in media full time, 2-3 days from home. Very active and loves running, spinning and Harry Potter trivia.

Martha: 26 & is an outdoorsy gardener and loves a good exploration walk to find coffee and has a love hate relationship with knitting. Currently completing a course so studies from home twice a week and works part time.

House vibes are very friendly, we love having a yap after work, watching a series together and just generally enjoy each others company. On weekends you can find us at the pub, on the couch or out and about.

The house is already furnished with everything you could need however open to having a chat about furniture you may want to bring in.
