My flat mate has moved out as he’s headed to Australia so looking to fill his room - great location on Gowlett Road between Peckham Rye and East Dulwich; 12 mins from Peckham Rye overground, 5 minutes from the cafes and restaurants in the area with a great local pub at the end of the road.

About the flat: light and airy split level 2 bed flat with a separate kitchen and dining/living room. The lounge wall has a projector for watching films/tv which is incredible and available to use, as well as the record player and my collection of vinyl.

About the room: high ceilings with a king size double bed; desk and chair; large triple wardrobe offering tonnes of storage. Room has recently been re-painted so looking good.

The Details: looking for a 3-9 month lease with potential to extend to a year but can be flexible. Price is £1,150 and covers all bills, internet, council tax and the cost of cleaner once a month to do bathrooms/shared spaces. Available now and can be flexible on move in date.

About me: I tend to work from home 1-2 days a week, but am pretty busy week nights, either working late or out and about catching up with friends or going to gigs. I’m 31 into music, film and cycling around London. Like hosting a good dinner party and heading to the local pubs.
