Short Let Large Double in Big House by Peckham Rye

I'm going to be recovering from surgery so looking for a person to sublet my room for 1-2 months.

Big comfortable house near Peckham with lots of space. Very quiet and peaceful but close to plenty of nice bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. and good transport links to East and Central.

Sharing with 2 mf couples, all ~30, professionals working in a range of things (creative director, chef, market journalist, designer). Very friendly vibe in the house. Everyone is happy to cook together and spend time hanging out, and very relaxed so you can easily enjoy some space when you need it.

- Very large house
- Huge kitchen
- Comfortable living room
- 3 bathrooms
- Huge bath and 2x great showers
- Great heating and very warm everywhere

The Location
- A 2 minute walk to Peckham Rye park
- 15 minute walk to Peckham (for loads of great shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, etc)
- Very quiet relaxing residential neighbourhood

Transport
- Lots of buses nearby that go into central
- Honor Oak park overground (15 minute walk) that goes directly to East London (Shoreditch, etc) or Canada Water for the Jubilee line into central

My timings can be a bit flexible between the 1-2 month period so let me know what works for you.
