Hi there,

We are looking for a flatmate to move into this wonderful flatshare. The room is a double room with a walk in robes. The flat has an amazing private garden just for flatmates to use.

About the flatmates:
Claudia and George are the two other flatmates. They are very clean and friendly. George works in tech and Claudia works as a primary school teacher.

About the house:
The house has been recently painted throughout and includes a gorgeous private west facing garden.
Please note the house doesn't have a shared living room, however there is an eating area in the kitchen in addition to our garden.

It is also super well located, being an 8-minute walk from Peckham Rye Station, the Bussey Building, Peckham Levels, a big ASDA and lots of market stalls in Peckham which are always well stocked (including now!).
More importantly, it's a 12 minute walk to the lovely Peckham Rye Park, which is ideal for the weather this time of year.
