The room is a good sized double and overlooks the south facing back garden, so it gets good light and is restful and quiet. There is a good amount of storage in the triple wardrobe and the chest of drawers.

You will have sole use of the adjacent main bathroom, which is spacious and equipped with both a shower and a bath.

The house itself is a spacious terrace with a modern style interior and high end fixtures and fittings throughout. It is warm and very homely though. There is ample space to relax in the double lounge and there is a well appointed kitchen diner. For nicer whether there is a little garden to relax in also.

The house is very secure and has fantastic transport links. Penge East (National Rail) is just across the road, Penge West (National Rail & Overground) a short (8 min) walk, and there are good local buses.

I'm a professional, working in IT consultancy - I work both in the city and from home. I'm easygoing, friendly and relaxed. I have a cat so I'd prefer someone who is comfortable around cats. Also, I don't smoke, so I would like a non-smoker.
