Small double room with cosy living room furnished

Hello.

There is a room free from now in our two bed flat.
The room has two big wardrobes, a small bedside table and a double bed.
There is a living/dining area which is shared.
I'm currently managing a busy local cafe so I have fairly early starts, long days and then spend time at the flat most evening relaxing and probably cooking up some food and possibly the odd beer!
I'd say I'm a friendly guy, chilled and easy to get along with.
My girlfriend will be at the flat a few nights a week at least too. She shares the same traits as me... Easy to get along with, friendly and very chilled!
We are both hard working and I also work some weekends, so would need someone who respects that nights are for sleeping and not stomping around the flat and blaring tunes!
Not a party flat but up for socialising for sure!

Would be looking for an easy going professional who can keep the place tidy, be friendly and helpful around the place and bring laid back and positive vibes!
