We have a refurbished, large and bright double bedroom available in our modern style house. It is located within 10 minutes walking distance from 4 different overground / rail stations with regular services to London Bridge, Victoria, Canada Water and Croydon.

The bedroom is fully furnished and dressed coming with a large wardrobe with in-built drawers, double bed and bed side tables, table lamps, dining table and chairs, study desk and chair, one-seater comfy chair, etc. The room has high ceilings and carpet.

The entire house has been renovated and it looks stunning. There are 3 bathrooms, all with showers and toilets (and one bath). There is also a 4th separate toilet and a separate laundry area with washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, two hobs and two ovens, two sinks and two large fridge-freezers. The kitchen overlooks a lovely patio garden, ideal place for a nice barbecue. We have unlimited Wireless superfast broadband.

This house would ideally suit non-smoking professionals or international students who are keen to live in wonderful surroundings and are friendly, clean, tidy and easy going.

Rent includes all bills: water, gas, electricity, council tax, wireless broadband Internet and a professional cleaner who comes around twice a week. You don’t have to pay any extra.

We don’t expect a major financial commitment. We only ask for one week’s rent to reserve the room. On the day you move in, we would expect 3-weeks’ rent to make up the 4-week deposit, plus the first month’s rent in advance.
So, in summary:
You need to send us £155 to reserve the room.
On the day you move in you must pay a further £465 (to make up the full 4-week deposit) plus £671.66 which is the first month’s rent in advance.

You must stay a minimum of one month, and must give us one month’s notice before you leave. We will hold your deposit in a government backed scheme called the DPS.
