The flat is really well connected:
- 5min walk to Penge East, with 18min trains to Victoria
- 10min walk to Penge West, with 20min trains to London Bridge, and Canada Water/Shoreditch via London Overground
- 10min walk to Crystal Palace park, with loads of green space, sporting facilities, and a food market on Sundays.

And well-situated just off Penge High Street, which has loads of pubs, cafes and shops, including a butchers, fish mongers, and a large Sainsbury's. The flat is also less than 100m from the Southey microbrewery and tap room.

I'm a friendly, sociable guy, who enjoys watching films, cooking, running and going out with friends. Ideally, I'm looking for housemates who become friends, rather than just people who live together!

I typically work four days a week in the office, one day at home, and am looking for a flat mate with a similar working pattern.

My gas and electric bill is fixed until April, and costs c£100pcm, so will likely be in the region of £50 per person pcm.
