Room in beautifully decorated flat in Penge

I'm renting my room in the flat that I own with my sister. She will be your housemate. The room is available for 12 months and the start date is flexible.

It is a 2 floor masionette set on a roadless close, but there is free parking on the street and always plenty of space.

The flat has a living room, dining room, kitchen, spare room, two very big double bedrooms, and two bathrooms so you will have plenty of space! There is also a lovely garden and shed.

The rent is £900 not including bills.

My sister works in the city and enjoys gardening and doing projects on the flat. Looking for a professional who wants a warm and cozy place to unwind in the evenings.

There are still aspects of the flat that we are doing up and occasionally we may do DIY (nothing structural). We would give plenty of notice on this and would keep disruption to a minimum.

The flat is very close to Penge West and a 15 min walk Crystal Palace park station.
