Room to rent in Penge

I’m renting a room out in my one bed flat in Penge, South East London.

Looking for someone kind and considerate who would like to share my lovely one bed flat with me. It's a small space and might suit someone looking for a short term or that needs somewhere to stay for a few nights a week or even longer term

The room is medium size double room comes fully furnished, with a large wardrobe drawers, double bed and bed side tables, table lamps, table and chairs. Bed linen, pans, pots etc can all be provided too. Or if it's a longer term let these items can be moved into the lounge which is a bigger space with a sofa.

The flat would suit non-smoking professional who is friendly, clean, tidy and easy going. It’s small (as I will be living in the other room) so it would be more comfortable if you worked away from the flat in the daytime or evenings and most suitable for someone that doesn't need any storage space.

A 15 minute walk from Crystal Palace Park and supermarkets such as Aldi Tesco, Sainsbury and with every service you could expect from a high street (markets, cafes, bars dry cleaner and many other businesses).

25 a night / 600 a month - broadband and all bills included. deposit one month and references required.

Im a 42 y/o trans guy, introvert, work for a charity, enjoy reading / tv whilst in flat or just having a drink, cooking a meal with flatmate.
