One cosy, furnished single bedroom available for short term rent in a large three bedroom house located between Penge East railway station and Penge West overground stations, both 2 minute walk away. Crystal Palace Park is literally around the corner.

The house is very well presented and i take pride in my property as a live in landlord. The rent includes all bills, tv and broadband and council tax. Cleaner can be arranged between us if needed for extra charge but at the moment we take turns to clean the house.

The property has a large open plan living/dining room with a sofa, dining table, TV and plenty of storage. The kitchen area has a fridge and a freezer, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, no need to boil water tap, pots, pans, cutlery, etc. Plenty of storage space and worktop space.

The bathroom which has double sink, bath and shower.
The garden is big and great for BBQs.

You would be sharing the house with myself and my daughter. Please note we also have a very friendly indoor cat. We are laid back, qiuet, tidy, considerate and easy to get on with. Our interests include cooking, sport, watching movies and enjoying the occasional drink or night in.
