The flat is large and yours will be a double room, which is unfurnished.

There is a large living room and big, modern kitchen, nice bathroom, wooden floors and double glazing throughout.

Supermarkets, restaurants of all kinds, shops, interesting pubs are all within a very short walking distance.

Crystal Palace Park is a 5 minute walk away.

Transport links are fantastic - the place is less than a 5 minute walk from Kent House, Penge West and Penge East overground stations, also the same time to Beckenham Road Tram Stop, and Clock House overground is a 10 minute one.

Gatwick Airport is do-able in well under an hour from here, including going to and getting the train from East Croydon station.

The 176 Night Bus takes you all the way home from the West End. Or the N3 from Brixton does the same.

It comes to £550 per month in total, including all bills (Water, Electricity, Council Tax, TV Licence and fast wi-fi), everything is split equally three ways.
