We have a fab spacious and lovely three double three Victorian cottage very near the stations. There are two friendly and easy going housemates searching for a third.

You will share a cosy living room (two sofas, Sky TV, Netflix, fast broadband), a dining room with a nice table/ chairs, Kitchen which has new appliances and our bathroom that has a new boiler and power shower. We also have a lovely secluded garden with two seating areas. There are two cats around who sleep in their cat tree and are out a lot - they are very friendly.

Our neighbourhood is a great community- friendly with lots going on- new bars and coffee shops, we also have quaint Alexandra tearoom and the new Gastro pub a few doors down! Penge is excellent for transport around London - Penge East it's 5 mins walk (17 mins to Victoria/ 10 Mins Brixton) and Penge West 10 mins walk (22 mins London Bridge/ Canary Wharf) and 15 mins to Beckenham (23 mins) Waterloo/ Charing Cross). The vibrant Crystal Palace triangle is a 20 min walk or 5 mins on the bus. The actual park is a 10 min walk.
