An amazing double bedroom in a two-bedroom flat is available for rent. The flat has plenty of light, a shared bathroom and an open-plan kitchen that leads to the living room. The windows are triple-glazed and keep the flat quiet. The high ceilings provide a nice feeling of space and the wooden floor offers a premium touch. There is heating and air-conditioning in all rooms and underfloor heating in the bathroom.
I have been living in the flat for the last 3 years and everything in the flat is in working order.
The flat is located next to Piccadilly and has the best transport links.
The bedroom comes unfurnished. The flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift.

The rent per current month is GBP 2,675 pcm for the flat. Each of us pays GBP 1,337.50

Bills to share are approximately GBP 160 per person per month. This amount would include bills such as water, electricity, internet, council, …
