2 Bed Garden Flat available in Pimlico

I'm Oli - a 28 year old professional working for a European Investment Bank.

In my spare time I love to cook (great if you can teach me something new/share a couple of meals together!) and I'm big in to nearly every sport. I like to run a lot in the evenings (currently training for a 200mile ultra race), love cycling and with my 35 days annual leave, I travel as much as I can - South America is next on my list.

I HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO SPEND 3-4 MONTHS IN ITALY THIS SUMMER AND THEREFORE 2 BEDROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE, PREFERABLY LOOKING FOR A 3-4 MONTH LET FROM JUNE TO SEPT, FOR THE ENTIRE PLACE. Can be flexible if you want to move sooner.

I'm looking for a flatmate that above all is respectful of the space but also would be great to share the occasional dinner / drinks with friends, too. A great flatmate for me would be someone who is positive, active and lives life to the fullest.

In terms of the apartment, I've owned it for about 4 years - it's a super location and equidistant (10min walk) between Victoria and Pimlico stations and c. 15min to Sloan Square. I had the patio area landscaped last summer and is an excellent space to spend time on warm evenings! I keep the apartment extremely clean (previously had a cleaner, keen to get one again) and would like a flatmate who values tidiness and above all, is respectful to my flat and values respect for eachother!
