There is also a bathroom next to the room with a shower and toilet. There is also a separate living room and conservatory with TV and Sky Q. There is also WiFi in the flat.
The flat is located a 10 minute walk from both Victoria and Pimlico stations with a number of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars within a short walking distance.
The flat mate is a good friend of mine who works in finance. He is 28 years old and has lived in the area for over two years so knows it well.
