Single room available in our amazing house in zone 1. I've been living in this house for 7 years and absolutely love it! ;) We are looking for someone who is CLEAN as this is a super top priority in the household :) (please only contact if this is your priority too) We're all respectful of each other too, so looking for someone to reciprocate.

ALL BILLS INCLUDED!
Super fast fibre optic internet, council tax, all day heating, water, electricity.

Available 20th September (possibly earlier if required)

- Very central (Zone 1)
- 12mins walk to Victoria station
- 6mins walk to Pimlico station
- Very nice, quiet & safe area by the river (you can see the river from your window!)
- walking distance to Buckingham Palace, London Eye, Battersea park, Trafalgar Square etc.
- Tesco Express supermarket round the corner and a huge Sainsbury's 10mins walk.
- Gym/spa 2 mins walk

- The room is quite big for a single room in London
- whole house is all recently refurbished.
- 4 bedroom with 2 WC and 1 shower.
- Built-in wardrobe (apologies not visible in the photos)
- Lots of natural light during the day around the whole house. :)

- strictly non smoking house
- We love a peaceful safe home :) so we're looking for someone who like us, doesn't get wasted or do drugs in the house.
- we don't wear shoes inside the house, we have a shoe rack as soon as you come in
- we'd prefer someone that doesn't fry big meals regularly (due to the smell)
- I work very late being a professional musician, so looking for someone that is quiet and respectful in the mornings, I reciprocate by coming in very quietly after work late. (the other housemate has a 9-5 and we have absolutely no issues even though our schedules are different)
- We have a weekly cleaning rota between us for the common areas, so it will be your turn every 4 weeks.

You'll be sharing with me and my boyfriend (both professional violinists, we occupy 2 of the 4 bedrooms) and a suuuuuper amazing respectful professional female. Being professional violinists we occasionally have to practice/record at home, but always at reasonable hours of course and we always plan to do it when everyone else is out the house. Since we're musicians we tend to go out for work in the evenings, or weekends, so you'll have the top floor to yourself most evenings as the other girl's room is downstairs :)
