The flat: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one is ensuit). You will be sharing the toilet with only one girl who’s studying in UCL. The main ensuit bedroom is a student at UAL. Both quiet and friendly. Huge and bright living room with big table, sofa, TV. Kitchen has a lot storages and we basically have any equipments you need. We also have a balcony with sofa.
The room: kingsize bed, closet, storage blocks, bedside table.
Location: Postcode SW1P4NF. 4 mins walk to pimlico station, 10 mins walk to Victoria. Downstairs has so many buses basically I can get to anywhere zone 1 with bus. 8 mins walk to super big Sainsbury’s Tesco, M&S and Waitrose. Within 15mins walking you have pubs, restaurants, small gardens etc. Pimlico is a very safe and quite residential area yet super convenient.
Smoking only on balcony. No pets.
We rent with a big agent so will just transfer you the contract. Can be extended after June 28 2021. The property is managed by the agency so all maintenance included.
