We are looking for someone to take over our lease for a one bedroom apartment in Dolphin Square, Pimlico, in the next few weeks (exact date negotiable). The flat is a 3min walk from Pimlico tube station (Victoria Line, Zone 1), with shops, restaurants and cafes. The small park St George’s Square and the Thames are directly around the corner. It faces a very quiet street with very little traffic (resident parking only).

The flat is located on the 2nd floor, with lift access. It has a large living/dining room with a separate kitchen, a large bedroom and a bathroom with a bath tub.

The kitchen is equipped with a tall fridge-freezer, electric oven and washer-dryer. The hallway comes with two large built-in storage cupboards, as well as a smaller built-in storage area. The bedroom has an additional large built-in storage cupboard.

The flat is in good condition and comes with access to the private and well maintained garden in Dolphin Square, with lots of benches, flower beds, grass areas and seating areas. The gardens, grounds and apartment all offer disabled access. The rent also includes a bin collection from a bin storage just outside the flat 6 days per week. The Dolphin Square facilities also offer a gym with a swimming pool, sauna, squash courts, classes, tennis courts and a spa, as well as a restaurant at extra cost.

Compared to the current rent charged for flats in Dolphin Square, the flat and rent offer great value as we benefit from having been able to get a relatively low rent contract a few years ago when rents were at lower levels as many flats were available at the time.

The flat could be taken as furnished or unfurnished. The furniture includes a king size bed and mattress, two bedside tables, a glass dining table with four modern chairs, a glass coffee table, as well as the kitchen including fridge-freezer and washing machine-dryer.

We are looking for someone to take over our lease in the next few weeks as we are leaving Central London however the exact date is negotiable. The tenancy ends on 30 April 2021, after which you could extend if you would like.

The price is £385 per week and this is non negotiable. The deposit is £1,925 (5 weeks rent). In addition, there is a one-off admin fee of £50 by the property manager.
