About the flat & room:
3rd floor flat in a period property in Victoria (no lift).
The room is a single room, bright, with views to the street, with a built-in bookcase and a built-in wardrobe.
The new flatmate will share a shower room with one of the current flatmates.
Galley kitchen with a breakfast bar and a washer/dryer.
Bills are around £85 per person per month.

About the area:
5-10min walk to Victoria and Pimlico Stations. 1 min walk to the bus stop. Supermarkets (including a big Sainsbury's) and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby.

About us:
An internal auditor from Spain and a maritime insurance professional from France. We work hard, so we see the flat as a place to rest and unwind after a long day. We like to hang out together from time to time to catch up.

About you:
We'd like someone who is easy going and enjoy to spend time with their flatmates., we'd like this flat to be a home, not a house. Party animals not welcome. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.
