My lovely flatmate of a year is moving in with her partner so I’m looking to fill her room. It’s a rolling contract but hoping for someone long term. You’d just need to give me a months notice if you wanted to leave at any point and vice versa. Deposit plus first months rent upon move in.
You would be sharing with me, 30 year old South African. I’m usually away 1-2 weekends a month so you’d have the flat to yourself fairly often. Im pretty chilled at home and like a chilled house vibe, clean and tidy too. So ideally like minded people. Female professionals preferred, sorry!
