One of our flatmates is leaving this premium room (with private bathroom) in a large 3-bed flat in the heart of Pimlico.

The apartment is located 2 blocks away from Pimlico Station. The location is incredibly central and minutes away from Victoria, Soho, Westminster and a lot more. There are several stores nearby, including Tesco and Waitrose, all within a 3-minute walk. The flat is also close to Gymbox Victoria if you want to work out.

The flat has a spacious living room next to the kitchen and dining area. The flat is very bright and has a nice homely feel. It comes fully furnished and equipped with high-quality appliances, including a coffee machine, a dishwasher and a washing machine (with dryer).

The current roommates are 2 easy-going male finance professionals. Bills are generally split into three. This includes electricity, water, internet and council tax.

The rent is £1,300 pcm + bills.
