My current flatmate is moving out at the end of our tenancy and the incoming tenant has had his current secondment in Paris extended by six months. We're therefore looking for someone to sublet the room from September to March.
The room is en-suite with a shower. The room comes with a built-in large wardrobe, a couple of bedside tables and a large chest of drawers. There’s also plenty of room for a desk if you work from home.
The flat is very spacious with lots of storage. The kitchen is large and comes equipped with a dishwasher. Bills come to approx £190 per month including council tax, electric and WiFi.
The flat is approx 2 minutes walk from Pimlico tube and about 10 minutes walk from both Vauxhall and Victoria train stations, so is also close to all the restaurants/pubs in the Victoria area and the Pimlico grid.
Personally, I’m a big sports fan, be it football, rugby, cricket or pretty much anything else, and I also enjoy cooking and going out for dinner or just to the pub.
The tenancy will need to start on 12 September when my current contract runs out but we can make arrangements if you can’t move in until slightly after this. While I can't bring myself to use to word cheap to describe the rent, other equivalent flats in the building have been listed on Rightmove from between £3,500 and £4,300 (!!!) pcm so it is significantly under market value, at least.
