The large bedroom is furnished with a bed and mattress, very large built-in closet and wardrobe. (If you prefer an unfurnished room then this is possible too and the furniture can be removed.) The en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower!
The flat is on a quiet side street and is just a few minutes' walk from local amenities such as Waitrose, Sainsbury's, and Tesco, in addition to lots of restaurants and pubs. There is a new coffee shop 1 minute walk away. There are several gyms nearby, including a GymBox. It has excellent transport links and is just a 8 – 10 minute walk to: Pimlico Tube; St James’ Park Tube; and Victoria Tube, Train, and Coach stations. The flat is very secure and there is a lift. The flat has lots of windows so you see the sunshine!
The kitchen has an oven, stove, toaster, and microwave. I have two fridge/freezers. The very large living room has a pretty new large dining table with six nice leather chairs. And the flat has a washer and dryer.
