Westminster is a beautiful area home to most of London's most iconic attractions and the flat is situated right by the River Thames. The location is a stunning, very quiet residential spot but wonderfully central. We are 10 mins from St James Park, home to Buckingham Palace and the Churchill War Rooms. 25 mins walk to Trafalgar Square, 15mins to Victoria which connects to everywhere else via National Rail, the Gatwick Express and Victoria Coach Station. One can get to pretty much anywhere in around 15 minutes on the tube or Uber. And best of all, bills and internet are included!

Bit of background about me: I'm, 29, a Director in UK Government and a public speaker. Sporty: JKA England Karate squad, do dodgeball, boxing, skiing, surfing and diving. Fun fact: I was on Ninja Warrior last year. Extroverted, love to travel-been to around 75 countries. Renting as I’m going travelling soon; to be confirmed exactly when.

The flatmate:
My father (introverted, friendly, retired lawyer) will be at the residence. He doesn't use the living room at all and keeps to himself & his books. Early riser and naps during the afternoons. Essentially, you will have the run of the whole house, and during the summer (now!) all to yourself as he is surfing in Wales for 3 months.

I know most of our neighbours who are lovely so you can always have packages delivered next door. The courtyard has benches, a secure bicycle rack and flowers everywhere due to a very keen and lovely gardener!
