Plaistow underground station (District, Hammersmith & City Lines), Canning Town underground station (Jubilee/DLR) and Prince Regent and Custom House stations (DLR) are all a 5 min bus ride away.

Central London (Canary Wharf, London Bridge etc.) are a stone's throw away. Bus routes include, 147, 473, 262 and 276, 5, 115 and others. The A13 road is on our doorstep.

NEARBY

Nearby is Newham University HOSPITAL, numerous schools, Newvic sixth form COLLEGE and Plaistow Fire station. Newham Leisure centre which hosts an excellent GYM is 5 minutes away. London City AIRPORT (LCY) and the ExCel arena are also in the vicinity.

There are various shops, including a POST OFFICE, accessible locally and within walking distance. Westfield STRATFORD shopping mall and BECKTON Gallions Reach shopping complexes are no more than 15 minutes away, and easily accessible by the transport links mentioned above.

THE HOUSE

This is a clean and quiet household, recently refurbished. All bills are included as well as WiFi. The house has full central heating and is double glazed throughout. Please see pictures to appreciate what is being advertised.

The house is currently occupied with the owner and family who are Muslim and thus this ad would suit someone sensitive to the needs of a Muslim household; all are welcome. We would prefer a non-smoking working professional who cleans after themselves.
