Huge studio-like double ensuite, garden, outhouse

Hi everyone, after two great years in this house we are moving and looking for a replacement. The place is ideal for couples however even singles are happily considered.

The room is really HUGE - you can choose to keep it as an open space or use a divider and have a STUDIO area and a BED area! It is that big.
It also has a cute little patio outside where I put flowers and plants you can see from the room; or the perfect spot for a cup of tea in spring!

We have put up a 7 DOOR CUPBOARD so storage isn't a problem, and this is a proper sturdy cupboard, with mirrors, not like the cheap ones you find in rented properties. Bed and chest of drawers also provided.

The ENSUITE is spacious and has a big shower box & cabinet.

The house is on 3 levels, so you can get a sense of how spacious it is. We have a huge kitchen, a laundry room which might also be used as common room if the flatmates decide to do so.

Good TRANSPORT links with Plaistow (District & Hammersmit & City) or Canning Town (Jubilee and DLR); Stratford WESTFIELD is reachable in 20 minutes.

Coming to the BONUSES: the house is faced with a big GARDEN with shed, plus we have an OUTHOUSE for storage/ping pong, GAME room, etc.

All the flatmates are lovely and friendly; and if at all you prefer privacy you can rest assured there is enough space in the house to hardly notice other people sometimes.

MOVING DATE: we do not have our exact moving out yet but it is going to be either towards the end of Jan 2019. Happy to discuss this if needed. We have some flexibility. It is important you too have FLEXIBLE move in dates.
