My friends and I have decided to leave our lovely 6 bed house in Plaistow!

We are looking for someone to take our place. The house is rented out as a whole property not per room

THIS IS PERFECT IF YOU ARE TRYING TO FIND A PLACE WITH YOUR FRIENDS! 😊

The house is 2 levels, downstairs there are two rooms, a desperate toilet and shower and the upstairs has another bathroom and the remaining four rooms

The kitchen is MASSIVE and has everything you need (three fridges, oven, electric hob, microwave, washing machine, loads of cupboards) with a large dining table and TV that comes with the property, great for having friends over, dinner parties etc.

We have loads of kitchen ware like pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, cutlery That we are happy to leave behind if you like :)

The house has a nice sized garden and a shed connecting to the house that we have made some seating in, this can also be used as storage if you like!

All rooms come furnished and are a good size :)

The rent is 2850 a month, the equivalent of 475 per room, but the rent split would be up to you depending on the size of the room

Bills are not included
