Lovely Double Bedroom In Spacious House, Plaistow

Hey everyone,

My name is Max, I am a music producer from Switzerland. I've been living in London for the past 6 years. I am looking for someone to replace one of my flatmate in a spacious house in Plaistow. I am currently living with another producer from France called Loann. We are both easy going, friendly and since we’ve known each other for 6 years, we have a really good dynamic together. We like to keep the house clean & tidy at all times. We also enjoy cooking, sports, movies, music (obviously) and art in general.

The house is very well located: 4 min walking from Plaistow station (District and Hammersmith & City line), and 10 min by bus (5min by bike) to Stratford/Olympic Park/Westfield. We also have the West Ham Park at 3 min walking from the house.

The house is extremely spacious with a lot of natural light. There are 4 floors in total so plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable. The double bedroom has a separate entrance as well as its own bathroom (not attached) but on the same floor. We also have a nice garden that is greatly appreciated during the summer. Since the house is pretty big, we have a lot of storage space and we even have a safe space for our bikes. The room is furnished and was fully refurbished. The contract starts on the 18th of October and if you do not have a guarantor, the landlord gives you the option to pay your rent 6 months upfront instead.

We are looking for someone to take over the contract with us for at least 1 year.
