It is a room with a lot of available natural light.
The house is shared, with 4 other bedrooms.
There is 1 shared shower/bathroom downstairs.
One of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite. There is also another single toilet upstairs.
There is extra storage space in cupboards under the stairs.
The room is available for an individual only not a couple.
The new tenant should be friendly and able to live comfortably and with respect for others.
The household is currently friendly and quiet. Each person is working, but enjoy pleasant socila interaction but also their own privacy.
There is not a lounge in the house but the kitchen has a table which can be used by all.

Preparing of food in rooms is not permitted but there is space in the kitchen for storage and fridge.

The house is a mid-terrace house. It is in a row of 5 houses. This is not at regular street level. There are stairs up to the house, therefore it is very quiet with no persons passing the house!
