Our newly refurbished house offers a comfortable and inviting space, ideally suited to a professional working away from home. Please note: single occupancy only.
The en-suite studio space is located on the ground floor of our terraced house. The bedroom is a good size with a double bed, wardrobe, and plenty of storage space. All bedding and towels can be supplied if needed. The private kitchenette and lounge area offer a convenient and relaxing space to unwind after a long day.
All bills and wifi are included in the rent.
As live-in landlords (a couple of freelance creatives in their 40s), we're looking for someone whose needs complement our lifestyle. We wake up and go to bed relatively early and while we consider ourselves a sociable pair, we did the whole flat share thing for years and are looking for someone who likes their peace and privacy as much as we like ours.
